Designed for watch parts handling operations,the Watchparts pick&placer machine is compatible with parts of different geometries, made from different materials. Supplied in bulk or on part trays, the parts are positioned in a machine tray or customer-specific fixture. The machine can be equipped with tray feeding systems, various flexible supply units, and other modules as an option.

Parts cleaning machine using atmospheric pressure plasma
The Plasma Cleaner equipment is a surface treatment machine for parts with varying geometries and materials. It uses atmospheric pressure plasma to clean and activate the surface. The treatment is applied by an anthropomorphic robot. The atmospheric pressure plasma process removes contaminants from the treated surface, then makes it hydrophilic. Thanks to this process, parts are decontaminated, and adhesives, paints and inks easily spread across their surface. In addition, the machine boasts ergonomic semi-automatic loading to guarantee the operator’s safety and productivity.

The Collaborative Flexible feeder is a turnkey solution for quick, reliable and precise distribution of all types of components supplied in bulk. The bulk parts are separated, oriented, and positioned by the collaborative robot in the customer's container of choice (tray, pallet, tube, etc.). Thanks to a smart human detection system, the collaborative robot moves in complete safety without any physical barriers. The machine varies the speed of the robot until it stops, if needed, to ensure the safety of operators. The CPAutomation control software renders, programming and configuration completely intuitive.
