Laser micro-welding workstation of micro-technical parts
Designed for laser micro-welding of small parts, the Microparts laser welder workstation is an extremely high precision machine. It is perfect for small to medium volume production runs, for individual parts or batches. The machine has a high precision scanner fitted on a gantry motorised along 3 axes. The integrated smart vision system is used to automatically identify the orientation of the parts and adjust the position of the laser beam to ensure it always welds in the correct location. The machine can be equipped with a back-up system, a fume extractor and a protective nozzle for inert gas welding (as options).

Designed for laser engraving and welding of small parts, the Microparts laser engraver workstation is a high-precision system. It is ideal for small to medium volume production runs, for individual parts as well as small and large series. The integrated smart vision system can automatically identify the orientation of the parts, and automatically adjust the position of the laser beam to ensure it always processes the correct location. The machine can be equipped with femtosecond, picosecond or nanosecond lasers. The processing head is a scanner head which is mounted on fixed or motorized 3 axis gantry (XYZ).

TLase is a compact machine with optimized footprint. The full integration of all elements such as laser, optics, positioning system, electronics make the machine very user friendly and mobile. The unit is wall plugged, 230V, 10A. There are a number of additional options available which allow TLase to address a wide range of micro-welding applications. Operating the TLase is fast and easy due to an intuitive and efficient HMI (Human Machine Interface).
