The Plasma Cleaner equipment is a surface treatment machine for parts with varying geometries and materials. It uses atmospheric pressure plasma to clean and activate the surface. The treatment is applied by an anthropomorphic robot. The atmospheric pressure plasma process removes contaminants from the treated surface, then makes it hydrophilic. Thanks to this process, parts are decontaminated, and adhesives, paints and inks easily spread across their surface. In addition, the machine boasts ergonomic semi-automatic loading to guarantee the operator’s safety and productivity.
